i’m passionate about working with women to achieve a balanced lifestyle and build HEALTHY habits, especially BECAUSE of my own personal journey. When my COMPETITIVE athletic career ended, I realized how difficult it was to find fulfillment in my health again. no one really talks about the transition. it can be challenging to rediscover joy in movement and create sustainable habits for long-term wellness, rather than focusing on goals that fit the athlete agenda.
As your coach, i’m here to support you in building a life full of quality experiences, no matter where you’re starting from. Whether you’re looking to move more consistently, eat better, or integrate wellness practices that actually work for you, i’m here to guide you every step of the way. This relationship is client-driven, with the coach providing valuable resources, support, and accountability that may otherwise be lacking. The coach facilitates self-discovery, informed decision-making, and the development of positive changes, while also helping to bridge knowledge gaps when necessary. As a client, you likely know what you need to do, but implementing those changes can be challenging. That’s where a coach steps in— to guide and support you in achieving sustainable, lasting change.
Its important to note that health coaching is not a substitute for medical professionals, personal trainers, nutritionists, or other licensed experts. A coach will not diagnose, prescribe, treat, or manage health conditions. Additionally, a coach is not a counselor, personal trainer, nutritionist, or consultant, and will not conduct formal health assessments or evaluations.

While sustainable and enjoyable movement is at the heart of what I do, I also believe that true wellness goes beyond physical activity. By exploring other dimensions of health—like emotional well-being, social connections, and even intellectual growth—we can create a more balanced and fulfilling lifestyle. My goal is to help you embrace a holistic approach to wellness that reflects your unique needs and aspirations.

Since 2018, I’ve been navigating life beyond competitive sports, learning how to prioritize sustainable habits and rediscover the joy of wellness in my own life. With that being said, it wasn’t easy and took me the better of 7 years to figure my sh*t out— and I don’t BELIEVE it should have to be that way. That is why i am here to help you figure your own sh*t out. With a background in public health and psychology, holistic health coaching certifications, and my personal experiences, I’m uniquely positioned to support you in finding what works for your individual needs.
My goal is to empower women to create routines that are free from rigid expectations and past pressures, and instead, reflect a multidimensional approach to wellness. Together, we’ll explore what it means to embrace a balanced, fulfilling, and sustainable lifestyle that prioritizes your well-being.
