Discovering your "why": In this phase, the coach and client will develop a deep understanding of each other. We'll explore daily rituals, routines, habits, and lifestyle behaviors. Together, we'll establish smart goals, while also discussing expectations, excitements, and assumptions.

Exploring Interests and Curiosities: In this phase, we'll delve into past and present behaviors that have worked for you. The coach and client will explore hobbies, interests, and curiosities around different types of movement and wellness activities. We'll research possibilities and determine the best ways to integrate new habits into your lifestyle. Expect some trial and error as we continue to set goals and develop a plan for ongoing success.

Grounded in self-accountability, we'll continue setting goals and refining our plan to best suit your needs.
